1. How do I make an order?

In our store, add the products to the cart and finalize the order to choose the payment method and delivery address.

2. What payment methods are acceptable?

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, ATM reference* and MB Way *.

* (Only available to Portuguese bank customers).

3. How much are the shipping costs and where do you deliver?

Weego ships to Portugal and Spain.

Customs costs (if applicable to your location) are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are free for purchases over 19€.

4. How does the order process?

Your order will be delivered by our carrier, during the day, to the address you specify. Always confirm your address, ensuring it is complete.

5. What is the delivery time?

We ship our confirmed orders every working days until 12pm, reaching you between 1 and 8 working days, depending on your location within Europe.

1. I want to make an exchange. How should I proceed?

The product to be exchanged must be in perfect condition and sealed. If the product is in good condition, we will create a discount coupon corresponding to the amount paid for the product, so that you can use it in a future order in our store.

2. My order arrived damaged. How should I proceed?

If the product is defective, it must be indicated in the carrier's guide when receiving the order. It is important that you do so, otherwise the damage will be considered the responsibility of the customer.

After that, send us an email with photos of the damages and the carrier's guide with the damage reported, so that we can help.

3. Do you accept returns?

In order to return the amount paid for the product (if you have paid for shipping, they are not returned), the product to be returned must be in perfect condition and sealed. For this reason, always check your order after receiving it.

Customs costs (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.

4. What is the maximum period to return a product?

Any product can be returned up to 14 days after the date of receipt.

5. How should I proceed to return a product?
